Do you provide free estimates?

Yes! It’s completely free for us to come out and inspect your roof to come up with the most accurate estimate possible. The only time there would be a charge is if it were real estate – then if we were to complete the project, we would remove the price of the estimate.

How long has Next Generation been in business?

The owner of Next Generation Roofing, Chad Gregory, started roofing when he was 17 years old. He worked for Daigle Roofing for 8 years before going out on his own. Next Generation Roofing was established in 2010. We’re proud to be family owed and operated.

Do you offer a warranty?

Every roof comes with a standard limited lifetime warranty, but Next Generation Roofing offers a lifetime workmanship warranty on top of that.

What kind of shingles do you use?

We use Owens Corning shingles, which seal at a stronger rate. Each shingle only requires four nails, and they can withstand up to 130 mph winds with a 50-year rated lifetime. There is no other shingle on the market offering that kind of protection!

How long will it take you to do my roof?

We are a one-day roofing company! With the help of the Equipter, our amazing team, and our efficient scheduling of materials, we’re able to complete many projects the same day we start them.

What is the Equipter?

The Equipter is a self-propelled mobile dumpster that makes our lives, and yours, much easier. It can be raised 12 ft in the air, which allows debris to be thrown directly into the dumpster – meaning that less mess will be left in your yard and your landscaping will look the same as when we arrived.
